Before and After
Our little Ava Marie turned 8 years old! It was such an exciting weekend for her. Her birthday was on a Friday, so Jeremy and I took her out of school early to go out to lunch together and get her ears pierced. She had been waiting forever for this. She could hardly eat because she was so excited and kept telling me that she was so nerves, but that it was an excited nerves. That evening we went out to eat with Rice, Grandma and Em at the Pizza Factory. Ava got a big pizza shaped as the number 8. Then the next morning was even more exciting for her. She was baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. We are so proud of her and the good choices she is making. I just love watching as she gains her own testimony. She shared that pure little testimony the next day in Sacrament meeting and it brought such a sweet spirit into the meeting. Saturday was such a special day for both Ava and Leah. We decided to bless Leah the same day because all of our family and friends would already be there. I am so grateful to have this sweet new baby in our lives. You can't help but smile back at her big happy grins. We love her so much! And we are so grateful to all of our family and friends for all of your love and support.
