Horses

Ruthy loves loves loves horses.  Loves them!  She would live down at the barn if I would let her.  A few weeks before her 2nd birthday we were down at the barn for a cookout. Sarah had Cally saddled up and let the kids ride. Ruthy had such a good time.

The Saturday morning before Ruthy's 2nd birthday we had a big birthday breakfast down at the barn with lots and lots of horseback rides.

After breakfast and presents Sarah saddled up Dakota for Ruthy to ride.

They rode

and rode

and went fast and Ruthy loved every minute of it.

The second I would walk over to get Ruthy off she would hunker down in the saddle and hold on to the horn as tight as she could. "Una ride Toda" was all we heard for hours and she still loves to watch the video of her going fast on Toda. Thank you Aunt Sarah and Dakota for making her birthday so special with the seemingly endless rides.
